This home had seen somewhat recent renovations undertaken by the previous homeowners, but the configuration of spaces and an addition made it hard to use. We reworked the layout to improve the function of the house, including connecting the kitchen, living and dining spaces, and added a large island, and splitting the massive great room addition into a smaller den and en suite master bedroom. 

 

The full project took six months, and sold the first day it was on the market.
