This client has an evolved aesthetic, but wanted the project handled from start to finish, trusting our team’s real estate and design expertise. This full-service project began with finding the right property for the client’s lifestyle and then helping her to envision what it could become.
 
The 1975 building overlooks the beautiful bay and provides a walkable lifestyle – accessible to restaurants, shopping and the natural environment – which the client desired after living in a more suburban area. The design focused on capturing the sunny, waterfront feel along Bayshore Boulevard. The client’s South American roots were also at the forefront of our vision, choosing finishes that felt airy, modern, and utilized earthy materials.
 
The condo chosen was at a price-point that allowed for maximum design customization. Having not been updated since the 70s, the unit needed a gut renovation to reconfigure space for entertaining and modern living, and to maximize light. We worked closely with local craftspeople to create a custom drop ceiling and uplighting, built-ins and cabinetry, wood paneling and mirrored walls, and a Murphy bed.
